Sorry, my link is broken for some reason. I'll need to fix that.
Could you see if you can get a log or two from this one?
1. Download Random's system information tool (RSIT)from here:
Choose to *save* the file to your desktop.
2. Double click on RSIT.exe to run the tool.
3. Click *Continue* at the disclaimer screen.
4. Once it has finished, two logs will open in two separate notepad instances.
Please post the contents of both log.txt (will be maximized)
and info.txt (will be minimized). You can just copy and paste the text from those logs into a reply to this topic here.
