I think your story above has convinced me to switch from Rogers.

Their Throttling and Caps are rediculous and are not reflected in their pricing.

H3B		 Search the Teksavvy forum for info on Tomato/MLPPP. It does a great job of evading the throttling, and it works even on a single line.
