| ISS visible tonite The International Space Station is supposed to be naked-eye visible for about a minute and a half at 8:47pm tonight (Cleveland time). It should start out at the NW horizon and toward the south east. It's only supposed to be visible until it gets into the shadow of the earth. -- I was born at night... but not last night! |

| reply to rds24a We had crystal clear skies and a fantastic view as it passed brightly overhead. That sucker really hustles across the sky. My grand-daughter and I watched it from the NW horizon until it blinked out it the ESE sky. Supposed to be better viewing tomorrow, as it should be higher in the sky, but the weather forecast is for clouds. It was a lot brighter than I anticipated. Couldn't miss it! -- I was born at night... but not last night! |

What direction in the sky will it appear and to what direction? NW to SE?
