WHR-HP-G54 with Cisco ASA

An employee of mine has a Buffalo WHR-HP-G54 from the WISP we're using to get Internet service at his house that he works from. We require all of our field employees to have a Cisco ASA hooked up for them to get connected back to the home office. We are getting an orange VPN light though when we hook up the Cisco ASA. In the past with other employees we've had this issue and it was because the modem/router from the Internet provider needed to be put unto "Bridged" mode. Of course in this situation there is no "modem" but rather just this wireless router. I can't find any instructions on what needs to be done to get this router bridged so we can get our ASA to work. The WISP was clueless on how to either. Any help is much appreciated.
