For right now I believe that the only DOCSIS 3 offering will be the Ultimate Tier. However I will ask for clarification.

For right now I believe that the only DOCSIS 3 offering will be the Ultimate Tier. However I will ask for clarification.
The reason I asked was I saw Comcast is offering more than one tier.

my guess: any area with TRUE FTTH(muni, fios etc) can be a candidate.
