It might depend on how many subscibers are using the same service as you are.

you might be sharing the water pipe with 5 people on Bayantel and sharing the water pipe with 25 people on SmartBro or Globelines..
speaking of Globe:
Then again in Cavite they have to use Globe as their landline which I don't like at all. At the other location in Manila there is PLDT and I find that much better quality. |
