What about North Plains, Oregon? Here's a town literally 10 minutes from where 50,000 Intel employees go to work. There is dark fiber all over the region, but NO BROADBAND service in North Plains, Oregon.
And if North Plains isn't big enough, add in nearby Banks.
What other cities and towns can you build where you'll actually be helping?
