It wont toggle between telephone/headset

I have Windows Vista and I installed the device without a problem. The only issue is being able to use my phone, and it wont even let me choose Telephone. Then I tried in on another laptop that has Windows XP and it worked perfectly. I'd much rather use it on my Vista puter... any fixes?

Re: It wont toggle between telephone/headset

MJ does seem to work better under XP rather than Vista or 7. Shutting down Vista or 7 seems to not result in MJ being active upon reboot. No known solution for this problem at the moment:

1. Keep MJ running under XP which seems to be the ideal situation.

2. If using Vista or 7, try changing USB ports when rebooting.

Good luck.

I have a Vista and I am still facing the same issue even after I upgraded. There is no sound either...

I am really disappointed with this product and the online help they provided..

MJ will definitely work with vista. I've been using it as over year on a machine that has Vista home premium without a problem. Makes me think it's either your configuration or hardware.

I'm having the same problem running Vista business. Can't toggle between telephone headset/other. I can make calls from the GUI on the computer and speakers work fine. When I try using the phone. (I've switched out phoes already) I get a dial tone and when I start dialing I hear nothing on the phone but hear the dialing and sound on the pc speakers. I've uninstalled the software and reinstalled. I'm sure I didn't get all the software this product sticks on the PC as there is no uninstaller. I believe I might be missing a couple drivers. Also anyone know what .dll's MJ installs into system32. Thanks
