That's something that's always bothered me. We have our OOL direct forum that a person can READ the original post, but can't post to OR read the solution. Sometimes I see things there that I would either like to comment on, or read solutions on, (usually not important enough to post a separate post about), but I'm curious as to the outcome.... -- Mom and Crockett...... You can't read an original post if it's not yours only thread titles.
The direct forums aren't meant for people to comment on or read their solutions. They are for sharing private information with the techs to get their issues resolved.
reply to Maccawolf The Direct forums are intended as a more convenient way of communicating private information between customer and tech than IM's are. You can still start any topic you want in the public forum. -- goodbye dad
