I don't necessarily have a problem with ILEC consolidation if done correctly, especially since the situation is different now than it was when AT&T was divested. Personally, I don't think AT&T is interested in buying Qwest, so I think you're okay.
While we can debate AT&T's choice in VDSL, at least they have a vision and our deploying infrastructure? What's Qwest's vision? So yes, I think AT&T can give customers something that they don't already have with Qwest. |
