Acanac and a Videotron e-mail with Outlook-express ?

Looks like you need to put different credentials and settings for pop and smtp. Just create 2 different accounts in your outlook express. One for Videotron and other - Acanac.
When you create a new e-mail, you could select sending identity.

(Sending from one provider's smtp and giving different domain for receiving is not the best thing you should do)
