If you are Acanac customer, please send me private message, I can help you to setup your e-mail program.
Looks like you need to put different credentials and settings for pop and smtp. Just create 2 different accounts in your outlook express. One for Videotron and other - Acanac.
When you create a new e-mail, you could select sending identity.
(Sending from one provider's smtp and giving different domain for receiving is not the best thing you should do) |

I have to use Outlook express to receive and to send messages
with a videotron address.
So I put :
_ pop3.videotron.ca
_ acanac.net (smtp)
The problem is I receive messages but it's impossible to send .
How can I do ?
Which parameters to modify ?
