Is this on any microsoft disc? I have limited Internet and the software I need requires it.

Someshire		 did you check if the software that requires it have it? i don't think Net 3.0 comes included on XP install disk

The installer itself is 1MB, but it downloads the required packages separately once run. Total is about 50MB.
