| "Done in error"? Bullshit. I've worked for some decent sized companies and NOTHING legal gets done in error. EVERYTHING is done deliberately, with specific intentions, and reviewed multiple time by a legion of lawyers. It may have been a mistake in the sense that they tried to get away with something, were called on it, and are now backtracking in damage control mode, but to say it was done in error is just flat out lying. |

I worked for a large company and no contract was signed and no change in customer services was done without many hours of meetings and without lawyers signing off every step of the way.
