Probably, in your case DSL and VOIP are different issues.
Check the upload - if you have good average speeds there, the VOIP problems are not DSL related but if you have huge upload stream fluctuations and too low speeds, say 200-100-50k swings then the Voip quality will suffer. |

This is really interesting to ready. I have a friend with a 514 # through Acanac. I have a 519 # through Acanac. Every time he calls me he says it is busy, yet I can call him and we can call other peole no problem, yet Acanac says not their problem.... yet obviously there is a problem with the 514 exchange. How quick to pass the buck they are I guess.
I too have also had my router light go off I have to reset it, again not their problem I am told.... |
