This is exactly what we need in the U.S. in order to get some real competition going. ATT and Verizon shudder to think of being a dumb pipe provider, and because of this they end up being the only games in town. If we had a company that just provided the infrastructure and subscribed their lines to Internet service providers you would see an influx of new jobs, competition, and in the end better service for everybody.
