They produced a game with 50% of the content they said they would, first 4 days the servers were down or out of sync. They are still limiting the number of new players each day and their billing/CS is non-existent. They didnt have a server side check for hacks so the first 4 weeks people were speed hacking, teleport hacking, atk spd hacking, etc etc. They still are. Lastly, since the game took 8+ years to launch, it already has outdated graphics
