Cisco 804 Configurations

I have a Cisco 804 ISDN router. A friend of mine used Cisco Fast Step to configure the router. My ISDN line is through AT&T and my ISP is LocalNet. AT&T only allows 60 calls per month and charges for all calls over that. Last month my bill indicated I made 2200 calls. I only use this for internet use. LocalNet claims they aren't dropping my connections and AT&T says their line is fine. Just wondering if there is a configuration that may be wrong on my router and how do I fix it? I no longer have access to the Fast Step Software, so any help is appreciated.

Post your configuration removing identifing numbers and someone may be able to help. It would also help if you joined DSL Reports instead of posting anon!
