When I called them, they say they don't offer that kind of support. Does anybody know where to download the Fast Step Software or have a document of what settings need to be entered on the command line to make this thing work with LocalNet. I'm comfortable using HyperTerminal to login to the router. I just don't know the commands to type once I get there.
