I have tried calling, but have not received any type of answer. I don't blame the CSR's since they can only tell the customers the information provided by Insight. The woman I spoke with a couple of days ago started quoting me information about last season as if it were current information. If Insight isn't going to carry the games in HD despite carrying them last season, that's fine. Just tell us!
