Re: Need help installing SMP F@H

I used that instruction to install the MPICH SMP clients on my quads (32-bit XP Pro). No issues.

Since you are running under Vista, try the FAHWiki installation guide here ---> »fahwiki.net/index.php/How_do_I_i···Vista%3F

Thanks, that worked..but how do I open the program now? Do I open it through where it installed those files (the install.bat and ect.

I see fah6.exe and folding@home-Win32 something, I clicked fah6.exe and it brought up command prompt wanting me to configure f@h starting with my username..

ah n/m yea I had it right..I'll see what kinda damage I can do now lol

Yes, you do need to configure the client after installing. The first link, the one you gave, has detailed information about configuring.
