Authorities look and said proof and then get proper subpoena/warrant .  <br>The authorities contact isp get user info with above subpoena/warrants.  <br>Authorities go back and get new warrants to search users home.  <br>If evidence is found authorities take proper action.<br><br>Last time I checked the AAs are not any sort of authorized legal authority nor is the ISP.  Although the AAs seem to think they are.]]></description>
