They should add some voltage to these fibre lines. When anyone breaks one, they'll get a nice shock and won't do that again.
That sounds great except fiber doesnt transmit electricity. It only sends a beam of light.

I didn't know that it didnt' transmit electricity. But I was implying they piggyback a small cable to fibre cable

I thought that part would have been obvious mr anonburge.
