Which still makes it illegal and should carry stiff penalties.
That's my point. I download copyrighted material all of the time, which is not illegal because my downloads are authorized. Downloading copyrighted material is not illegal, only unauthorized downloading is. -- Jay: What the @#$% is the internet???
