Please find ONE SINGLE INSTANCE where a fios deployment has cherry picked deployment. Every new fios deployment thread brings up cherry picking but there's yet to be one example ever posted.
Cherry picking is not starting in a neighborhood that has a high ROI and spreading out to ones that have lower. |
