I've been both a CV subscriber (second time around) and a Fios subscriber, and while Fios was much better for me, I give kudos to CV if they can reliably provide those speeds. Granted, I'm not aware of any residential user willing to pay $300/month for for Internet access.
Fios and CV on Long Island provides excellent competition for consumers to make a choice.
