1 edit | Surprises me I think it's great that this company is doing this because they seem to have a vision concerning the future of the internet. Not like TWC which has no vision except taking 2 steps backwards.
With TWC testing caps, you have some people coming out and saying that ISP's should have bandwidth caps and that what they offer is more than enough. What surprises me though is I don't hear those same people complaining that Cablevision should have caps or what Cablevision is offering is to much.
