A lot of big names came through (nobodies at the time). Everybody had their local favorites. Pat O'Conner, the Von Erich's, King Kong Brody, Dick the Bruiser...
Thanks for the info on "The Decent Boys". It's been driving me nuts. Not a bit of this old commercial stuff seems to have made it to google. I wonder if KPLR saved any of it.

| For the love of God! This is driving me insane. What product(s) and or stores did "The Decent Boys" (Steve Mizeranni & others) and "Uncle Leonard" used to pitch (besides water beds)?
I can remember when I was a kid watching the Three Stooges or Wrestling at the Chase with all these cheesy commercials.
