Just a suggestion but look at The Woodlands area.

Phone is ATT
Cable is Time Warner
Electric you get to choose
Cable is actually Comcast in Houston, not Time Warner. Although in some parts of Spring it is Charter, and other areas around Kingwood and Porter it is Suddenlink.

I have no idea where to go to find that kind of info about the various areas, do you know? I am using Har.com to look at real estate and it gives a lot of info but nothing I have seen gives utilities info and that kind of stuff. Used to you only had one option for things so it was not very difficult now you have to try to dig up all the info on what is out there and what is best.
Thanks for that info.
