Re: looking to sign up It's not Acanac that set the profil at 3Mbps it's Bell and you need to contact Acanac so they can send a ticket to Bell to raise it but it's not always like that, my profil was already at 5Mbps when i sing up. You can go here: »www.telcodata.us/telcodata/telco if you want to have an idea of how far you are from the CO and it's doesn't matter if you have Bell phone line or a dry loop, it depends on the distance from the CO and your inside or outside wiring. The only thing is that you'll need to put filter on your every phone jack(where your phone is not on the one where you modem is) |
