can you pls give me a summary how I should go through user ID and password and may be other changes, as I have to make sure that I'd be able to do it prior to cancellation with Bell. Thanks

Send me your Acanac ID (use the IM Instant Msg here) and I will give you some instructions. Generally, all settings are "default" just use the DSL username and password you received after activation. (Username will be in following format uSErName@acanac.net)
