Nope, you're all wrong.
That's a box specifically designed to find snowplows. They work very well between Christmas and March 15th. They will catch any errant snowplow especially well on Friday nights or before a long weekend. |

Without seeing the inside its hard to tell for sure. It could also hold a power inserter to put the power on the Coax. |
