I think opus74 was referring to registering at this site, BBR.

Since you got WB service via Dish Network, Dish Network provides your billing and support. The Wildblue site is for Wildblue direct customers.

OK I will register thanks.Does Wildblue have away to check things like signal strenght.I do not get much information from Dishnetwork or Wilblue as of yet.Probably takes awhile to get into there system.Has only been up and running about 7 hours or so.But so far I am happy with it.Would like to no signal strength and what bird im on and things like that.Does not seem to have a Control panel sight like Hughes did?

As far as I know Dish Network does not provide a way for the user to access his signal levels. One must ask an installer to use the SVT (Service Visibility Tool) and report the values to you.

Since you are a new customer you are probably using the satellite Wildblue-1 (WB-1). Also it would be wise to determine which spot beam and gateway you are using. If you have a connectivity problem, the first things to check are your weather and the weather at your gateway because bad weather can cause problems with satellite Internet. If you do not know your spot beam, I can probably figure it out if you post your ZIP code or the name of a nearby city and its state.
