How long have you had your dynamic IP address?I was just looking at some old records. I've had the same IP address since Dec 16, 2006.
Which is nice. |

Well at one time years ago I had the same addy for more than 3 years, but lately I've been doing some MAC addy cloning to force a change of IP assignment for experimental/testing purposes. |

I've had 2 in the past 2 months, and I don't know why. Would a brief power loss cause the modem to reboot and grab a different ip? Cause we had one about a month ago. |

Only about 3 months.
Someone, for some reason, kept trying to hack into my router so I had to get a new IP. Before that, I had it for about 9 months. |
