Since you are a new customer you are probably using the satellite Wildblue-1 (WB-1). Also it would be wise to determine which spot beam and gateway you are using. If you have a connectivity problem, the first things to check are your weather and the weather at your gateway because bad weather can cause problems with satellite Internet.
