Re: Downloads Timing Out For starters bypass the Belkin router as mentioned by others since some models have problems with WB. If you still have problems do a string of 20 or so of pings to see if you are getting a lot of timeouts. If your showing of packet loss it's time for a call to CS. Could be anything from a bad modem to just needing your dish repointed. Where and how is you dish mounted?
