[VoicePulse] Inbound callers get fast busy

Outbound works, inbound gets fast busy in 513. Anyone else?

Edit: They just updated on twitter with the cause.

"Last night one of our inbound providers stopped sending calls to our servers. We are escalating the ticket and still waiting for an update."

This makes me wonder why fail over only works when my ATA is offline but not when the problem is on VP end. Good thing outages rarely happen with VP.

If the problem is before VP and your ATA is registered fine, then this type of issue will occur. There is no way for you to have a fail over when the issue is between the carrier and the VoIP provider for the end user.
