»traffic.houstontranstar.org/cons···ort.aspx a bit more detail. Looks like the Gulf fwy should be fine. From all the camera shots it looks like very light traffic in both directions.
For some reason, none of the traffic cameras south of Bay Area Boulevard are functioning.
