did you moved or you just changed your phone number?
on your modem, do you get flashing or solid DSL light?

You can send an email to dslsupprt@Acanac.com or call(can't say if they are close monday morning or not but the office is open between 9 am and midnight) or even send an IM to Acanac PN is working for acanac.
