I would think that what you can get is dependant on the tuner and its sensitivity. My tv is able to tune channels that my tv cards don't.
Also, Wave is constantly changing on what channel SOME shows are broadcast. A partial scan from 111-114 will be different an hour or less later. And of course wave should know better. Luckily there were no children watching when I was channel flipping to come across 3 women with battery devices not to mention what happened after involving multiples. Apparently I didn't change the channel.
