I think it is a great idea, if the Cuban gov't will go for it. I have no ties to Cuba but would like to visit.
If you have no relatives in Cuba(to level of 2nd cousin) the rules on visiting Cuba aren't changed yet. The new rules only apply to those with relatives.
AWESOME, so as these Cubans enter Cuba they will be checked against a defectors list and be jailed..IN CUBA..Great IDEA!!!!!NOT
