I have attempted to Lower my service back down to the Bronze plan for a month. They let you upgrade on the website but down grading is another story. I called a month ago was told I needed to Email billing then after multiply emails and being charged again for the Gold plan I call back get transfered to the billing area and again told they need an email but was given a PCollins@skywayusa.com email now so apparrently they cant forward an email to this person and was informed that I will be charged 25 to downgrade which I knew when I started trying to do so but at this point I have already paid an extra 30 for monthly charges for the higher plan I didnt want. Has anyone else had this issue and Can anyone confirm that is the right email address??
