I'm not a fan of Bell support, and Starchoice is pretty much #1 for customer service, so I recommend them. HD programming is free on Starchoice as well - not sure about Bell. Their equipment doesn't seem to be as robust as the Echostar one that Bell uses though.
Your best bet would be to visit digitalhome.ca and take a look at the Starchoice and Bell TV forums there.
