Is the "Winstabs2002-A97.exe" EXE file that I saw in the HTML Source for your page spelled and capitalized the same way as the file you uploaded (including the "exe" portion)? And did you upload that EXE to the same root folder in which the file for the link is placed (index.html, I believe)?

Is that from viewing the links and files as saved to your PC? If so, does the NetObjects Fusion application you are using also have a way for you to view and confirm the list of files as they actually appear on your website?
