It is the only way to get TWC's attention. I would LOVE to do just that; unfortunately my only other broadband choice is Frontier DSL. Slower download for about 50% more than I'm already paying for Road Runner Basic, not to mention annual contracts and ETFs. -- Don't pay ME back, pay it forward.
