People in TWC's service area who feel strongly about this issue, even in places where there are no caps, need to switch ISPs immediately.
It is the only way to get TWC's attention.
Lets consider a simple equation: (total number of ISPs in an area) 1 - (TW) 1 = 0 Uh oh, they can't switch to another ISP, because it doesn't exist...well how about that....
