Wow your numbers are way outta wack. It doesn't even look like you have a connection. Looks like they provisioned you for 1.5 dl and 384 ul . But by those numbers you wont hold or even get a solid connection. Not to say there may be things causing problems, bad lines or filters and such. You should read the FAQ and go from there.

1536 Downstream (ATU-C = 1536,000) and 384 Upstream (ATU-R = 384,000) are the correct values for the Windstream 1.5 Mbps DSL Service.

The Downstream Attenuation of 52.5 dB is indicating a long line that may need to be worked on and at the minimum it needs to be tested out at the NID using a direct connection to the Modem.

The Downstream negative (-) 7.5 dB SNR is bad as that indicates the Modem is seeing a negative (-) number value in a field where the numbers are supposed to be all in the positive (+) ranges only. Again the testing out at the NID may show some improvements.

HTH.

well after i posted, which was hard to do
cause of the pg loading prob.
the next morn i went on line and all seems
to work like it did, b4 mid march
im back to fast loading, can see the vids
everything seems good.
the only thing i ever did b4 posting
was go to the
router management interface, and look at the
pgs, couldnt understand any of it though.
i would do the daignostics, which never helped
anything
i did that the day i posted, but didnt look
agian till the next morn, ive read the router
info pdf pretty much greek to me
anyway its back up and working fine, after a month of
frustration, i was on the verge of dumping windstream
so how does it work its self out like that, will it
happen again, as this is the first time in the 2 yr
iv had it that its done anything like that
thanks for the links ill keep studying, the stuff maybe
a lite will go one

If it happens again, get a trouble report placed with the business office, and have a field tech visit youre premise, anything from a loose connection, to a squirrel chewing the phone cable could cause the disconnects you are having.

Noise on the Telephone line and/or cheap Corded and Cordless Phones will sometimes cause noise that will degrade the DSL signal (that will kill the DSL if it is present). If you are hearing noise when talking on the phone or see speeds slow way down when using a phone then that may be the problem. Your line has to be noise free to support stable DSL. No pops, no static, no clicking, no AM Radio Stations bleeding in on the line, no hums, or any other similar noises should be heard when you pick up the phone then press 1 to dismiss the dial-tone so you can listen.

I agree, the background noises will indicate what is going on. A hum or roar indicates a grounded cirquit or crossed cirquit, while static could be a high resistive short, or high resistive open fault. All of which could be caused by moisture, corrosion, animal damage, or just plain wear and tear. So get that trouble report in asap 18003471991.
