Well unfortunately, in order to answer the question a bit more completely, we would have needed the posts that are as least 4+ years old and not really search-able anymore. The website in question is not even up anymore.
removed had some documentation explaining how this problem comes about and step by step instructions on how to address and get the problem fixed. It was quite detailed and very well written. Unfortunately, over time it just went by way of the dodo (so to speak).

| Yeah, I think I lost that page during a server move a few years ago. The network admins I emailed never replied to me, but since it's working now I think it's safe to say that they fixed the problem.
