d_l : This might be due to an out-of-date BOGON filter at the zagg.com server. They could still have your subnet IP blocked even though AT&T notified them long ago that the 99.152.xxx.xxx subnet is now valid. Frankly there isn't anything that AT&T can do if the zagg.com server owner won't update BOGON filters in a timely manner.

If there are other IP blocks available on your aggregation router (other than 99.xxx.xxx.xxx subnets), you might be able disconnect your PPPoE connection for a few seconds and hope for a new IP in a different block to be assign when you re-connect.
NGW1031982 : Ok, here is the issue. I can't access or even ping the address "www.zagg.com" at home. I have ATT DSL, going through a router. I used to be able to just fine.
Here is what I did on my own :
Cleared cache, disabled security, repair install of browser, direct connect to DSL Modem with PPPoE on PC, tried PPPoE on the modem, added the address to trusted/completely unblocked lists, added the address and IP address to my Hosts file, and finally I had to re-install my PC, so after I got Windows on, I connected to the Internet with Windows and drivers only to check. If I take my PC to another place, and connect to the Internet there I can access the site just fine.
