Try posting this in the Direct forum. I have a feeling they need to do a rip and rebuild on your redback profile.

I ran into this issue 2 yrs ago at a customers house and that's what fixed the issue.

d_l : Is there any way on my end to verify that? I got a 99.142 IP, and I remember having that before and having access. That used to be all I got when I connected.

Also, the tech support was outsourced. Better managed, but still. Would forcing a technician to call me work? I could raise the MTU to 1500 and cause a nasty issue. I did that once to see what would happen, changed it back in less then 5 minutes. They called within 10.
I would prefer to try anything else before posting in the direct form, as per the requirements.
